Founded by industry leaders Mike Dolan and Elise Som alongside acclaimed Maestra Tequilera Ana María Romero Mena, Mijenta was created to redefine luxury spirits. We set out to bridge centuries-old Mexican heritage with modern environmental stewardship, proving that uncompromising quality and sustainability can coexist seamlessly in every bottle.
